How do I choose a mobile?
You can see the full range of mobiles by using the manufacturer or network links on the left hand side of the screen. If you want to know more about a particular phone, click on the 'More' button to see a full description with details of features, plus a larger picture. If you then want to compare this phone to another, click on the compare link and you can add additional phones which will be displayed next to each other for easy comparison.

When will my order arrive?
If you place your order before 12pm, your order will be delivered the next working day. Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free of charge for all contract phone purchases and will arrive via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We will endeavour to deliver all orders received before 12pm within the guidelines below, however should your order be delayed we will advise you of this and give you a new delivery date. Should your order be received after 12pm this will be treated, for delivery purposes, as an order received the following day.

How much is insurance for my phone?
At the time of placing your order, you may choose to take out insurance on your handset. The key features of your insurance include protection for your mobile phone against theft and accidental damage as well as electrical and mechanical breakdown – including water and liquid damage and it is absolutely free for the first 3 months thereafter your mobile phone insurance will cost you just £3.97 per month which is the equivalent to 14p per day. How do I add a mobile phone or accessory to my basket?
Once you have decided which phone or accessory you'd like, click on the 'Add' button located underneath the price displayed. The next screen you will see is a summary of your shopping basket.

Can I check and change what I've got in my basket?
Click the 'View Basket' tab at the top right of the screen. The next screen you will see is a summary of your shopping basket together with the quantities and price. You can review the details of anything in your basket by clicking on it at anytime. If you need to delete anything from your shopping basket, just use the 'Remove' button. If you want to increase the quantity of items within your shopping basket, select the 'Continue Shopping' button and re-select the 'Add' button against the relevant product.

How do I complete my order?
Once you are happy with what's in the basket, and that the correct payment details and address have been entered, click on the 'Confirm my Order' button to submit your order. You will see a confirmation page, and receive an order acknowledgement email to let you know that we have successfully received your order.
